What should I provide to get a quotation? And when can I get the quotation?
Please provide us the size, material, quantity, special requirement and send us the artwork if possible. We will send you quotation within 24 hours.
Can I see samples of Hang Tags?
Yes, we can make you sample for approval. Sample fee is collected, but it will be returned if your order reaches a certain quantity. Please note that the sample is for your reference. We suggest you direct production, if it is not large quantity. Our similar hang tag sample can be sent to you for reference. You can browse our website or contact us.
Does the price of hang tag quoted include freight?
All prices are mostly in EXW since most products are custom. We know the weight and packing size of the product only after the sample and goods are made.
How much is hang tag freight?
It is very hard to calculate the freight fee before producing. But we can estimate the lowest freight fee when know gross weight.
Can you print color 100% exactly the same?
Print colors can not 100% exactly same, because of material differences and limitation on stock colors, BUT we can come very close to your desired colors. Please provide us with pantone color codes, so that we can match it in hang tags, paper bags, paper boxes, printed labels, woven labels, seal tags, leather patches.
Can I order hang tags with the strings attached?
Yes, absolutely! All hang tag can attach string for you. You will receive your hang tags with the strings attached so you can easily tag your product straight out!
Do you provide design and artwork service for product?
Yes, we have professional designer team to serve the need of customer. The design and artwork are free of charge.
How long will it take to print my custom hang tags?
Turnaround time is 8 to 12 business days once you have paid for your order and approved the proof, not included shipping transit time, weekends, and holidays.
