What is the lead time of seal tag?
Lead time is about 8 to 12 business days, according seal tag order QTY.

Does the price of seal tag quote include shipping cost?
Prices quoted for seal tag is mostly in EXW since most products are customizab. We know the weight and packing size of the product only after the sample and goods of the product are made. But once know the weight,the cheapest shipping cost will be checked.

What is seal tag sample charge?
If you want to make seal tag samples for confirming the quality before mass produce, there will be some cost for us, called sample charge, which is refundable, if order is 20000 pieces/style.

Can you print color 100% exactly the same?
Print colors can not 100% exactly same, because of material differences and limitation on stock colors, BUT we can come very close to your desired colors. Please provide us with pantone color codes, so that we can match it in hang tags, paper bags, paper boxes, printed labels, woven labels, seal tags, leather patches.

Do you sell seal tag stock?
Yes, we have common seal tag lock in stock, which is blank, without logo. Most seal tags are customized.

Do you provide design and artwork service for product?
Yes, we have professional designer team to serve the need of customer. The design and artwork are free of charge.
