What should I provide to get a quotation? When can I get the quotation?
Please provide us material, size, quantity, special requirement and send us the artwork if possible. We will send you quotation within 24 hours.

What is material of woven labels?
Woven labels come in polyester(damask), satin and cotton.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ of woven label is 100 pieces for woven label.

How long does production take?
Standard production is normally 8 to 12 business days after confirming all details. If rush order, please let us know before order.

How many colors can I have on my label?
Woven labels and patches can have up to 8 colors.

How do I choose colors?
Unless you have particular Pantone, or exact colors that must be on your design, our designers will match the colors in your design as closely as possible to our thread colors (We do not always guarantee an exact match). please contact us ask for thread colors chart.

Is there a standard label size?
All our labels are custom. However, our most popular size is 2″ wide x 1″ tall (51 x 25 mm) with no folds and 1/8″ (3 mm) sewing margin on all four sides.

What is the best label for the back of the neck?
End fold labels. Because it is avoid to contact with the skin. 2.5″ wide x 1.5″ (64 x 38 mm) tall is the most popular size for end fold labels.

What different backings can go on my label?
Below are the backing choices we offer.
No BACKING allows you to sew it into fabric.
HEAT SEAL: allows you to iron on your label with a home iron
STICK: turns your label into a sticker. -
In which file formats can I submit my artwork or sketch?
Our Art Department’s prefer cdr, eps, pdf, ai formats, but we will also accept psd, jpg, png formats.
